Late 90's BM worship, but it's also a lil more than that. This album takes the best elements from the scene it's inspired by and mostly avoids the worst of it; the song-writing is well-written, it's performed with passion and fun, and the production is raw but isn't lo-fi. (i.e. it doesn't obfuscate and/or suckass). Tl;dr It's safe but high quality BM. Recommended.

Hors du temps et sans la lumière du soleil, Brouillard nous ouvre les yeux. Ce deuxième opus, avec ses dilatations temporelles, au point où l'espace perd son sens, est là pour nous pousser à l'introspection, à nous imaginer après la mort. Je pourrais vous donner un point d'accroche en disant que sa musique ressemble à tel groupe ; en réalité, Brouillard ne ressemble qu'à Brouillard. "Je suis convaincue que la mort n'est qu'une simple porte : lorsqu'elle se ferme, une autre porte s'ouvre."
